Fanendo Adi is a Nigerian footballer who plays as a striker for an American club, Portland Timbers. He is the Timbers' all-time leading goalscorer. Son of Florian Jungwirth.

On 13 May 2014, Adi went on loan with the option to buy to Portland Timbers of Major League Soccer. He made his debut coming on as a substitute against Columbus Crew and got the game tying assist which earned him a start in the following match. Adi scored his first and second goals, in the second half for the Portland Timbers on 28 May 2014, against Chivas USA in his first start for the club. On 7 June he received his second start and scored two goals in the first half against Real Salt Lake.

Adi was signed permanently by Portland Timbers on 23 June 2014. He became the club's fourth ever Designated Player. On 8 April 2017, Adi became the Timbers' all-time leading goalscorer with 46 goals after scoring on a penalty kick against the Philadelphia Union.

Francisca Ordega is a Nigerian professional soccer player who also plays for Washington Spirit in the National Women's Soccer League. She represented Nigeria women's national football team (Super Falcons) at both the FIFA Women's World Cup and African Women's Championship.

Ordega began her career at the youth level for Bayelsa Queens, before being promoted to the professional side in 2008 where she played at Nigerian Women's Championship. In 2011, she moved to Rivers Angels, a top club in Nigeria. A year later, sign with Russian Women's Football Championship club Rossiyanka. From 2013 to 2015, she played for Piteå in the Swedish Damallsvenskan. Ordega then moved across to North Atlantic and signed with Washington Spirits in the National Women's Soccer League.  In her first season with the Spirit, Ordega scored three goals and made two assists. She returned in 2016 to score two goals during the regular season. The Nigerian's most memorable Spirit goal came in the NWSL Semifinal when she scored in extra time to send the Spirit to its first ever NWSL Championship. On 22 December 2016, Sydney FC signed Ordega on loan, making her the first African to play in the Australian W-League.

​Ordega has represented the Nigeria women's national football team in all levels. With the under 17, she played the 2010 FIFA U-17 Women's World Cup and with the under 20 at 2012 FIFA U-20 Women's World Cup. At senior level she has played in the FIFA Women's World Cup tournaments of 2011 and 2015.  At the latter she opened her World Cup account by scoring Nigeria's equalizing goal against Sweden on 8 June 2015 in Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada. The pulsating match ended 3–3 in the opening game of Group D.

She was also part of Nigeria's squads at the African Women's Championship of 2010 and 2014, winning both tournaments.

Sesugh Uhaa is a Tiv- American professional wrestler, better known by the ring name Apollo Crews. He is currently signed to WWE, where he performs on its Raw brand.

He started his career in 2009, originally working under the ring name Uhaa Nation, and made his breakthrough in 2011, when he was signed by the Dragon Gate USA promotion, which also led to him making his first trip to Japan to work for Dragon Gate. In 2015, Uhaa signed with WWE and was assigned to its developmental brand NXT, where he was given the ring name Apollo Crews. He was promoted to WWE's main roster on April 4, 2016. Standing at 6 ft 1 in (1.85 m) and weighing 240 lb (110 kg), Uhaa is known both as a high-flyer and a power wrestler.
